Luv these! Tired of the weak-azz Service assets in the v-game. WAY too many service buildings needed to keep the game happy.

some here are slightly overpowered than they should be, and i get thats the point but at the same time the vannilla assets are a joke. i feel like im putting down a hundred hospitals schools police and trash collection all in the same district. egh. hard to find actuall ballanced utilities :8bitheart:
