Just take a look. This is not an eye candy. Moderator has made a way.
I saw the way through the template.

We can make the overpass when we use this template.

It can make a real Sidewalk.

There is no impossible. If you are imagining. Moderate made templates and even overpass.We can make more of an overpass into the template.

Anyway, below is an example of how I made.

They are in the Park menu but have a path underneath which you may have to connect to manually. I'm not intending to make these into actual paths, that would require a full on mod like NEXT.
