Well you see power armor is layers of solid steel, so you have to make it fairly powerful, but know this: Power armor joints have simple plastic and kevlar, and of course the unlikely chance the bullet peirces. I'm thinking full armor, small chance of peircing (Due to joints and the armor), thats all i got.

Because people seem to want it, I'll make some kind of power armor mod, but I don't know how powerful it will be yet, I'll play around and try to not make it OP

The plasma rifle is called the "V-34 (Q-34) Quantum plasma modulation matter injection rifle", I found some notes from Repconn HQ terminals, also there's also V-32,V-33,V-34 (normal plasma rifle) and V-35 or the Q-35 Matter modulator or V.35 Quantum plasma modulation matter injection rifle. If you need little written descriptions I can get some ideas

The Winchester P94 is still in 3 and New Vegas, it is the plasma caster. The P94 was an industrial plasma caster, the plasma rifle was military grade

In Fallout 1, 2 and Tactics it was the Winchester P94, but I don't really know the name used in Fallout 3 and 3.5.

As do I monkeyman, I've played every Fallout game there is, i was actually thinking about adding some Wattz rifles from the older games, but I am having trouble with one thing, I can not find the canonical name for the Plasma Rifle, I found that the Laser Rifle's name was the AER-9, but i can not find the Plasma one, if you or anyone else could find this for me, i would be very appreciative and I'll credit you in the mod

I actually have been wanting to do that for some time, and it defiantly is a side project of mine. But it will take a long time to put together a total conversation mod, so in the meantime, I'll just be releasing weapons.

I've been thinking and you should make a total "Fallout" convertion, putting us in command of a BoS squad, putting bullets in the head of raiders, NCR and of course Enclave metalheads.
If and only if you have enough time for that.

I also plan on doing armor as well, but it will be my first time doing something other than a gun, so it might go a little slow. However I will continue releasing guns as I work on armors and such.

This is possibly my favorite mod now, because who doesn't love fallout? and you should add the armors into the game, like power armor (T-51B and T-49B) leathert metal armor, mark 2 metal armor and NCR armor

I will probobly add the unique variants of weapons in the future, they will be in the same addon as the defualt weapon as well. As for grenades, I am planning on doing it, however, I have never made an equipment item before, so it might take some time.

I think the Gobi Sniper would be good, and the Laser Pistol for a secondary, could you do a plasma grenade? Also Lucky! I need these! PLEASE!

Minigun is coming next, Guass Rifle after that, I want the Guass Rifle to be a projectile weapon, meaning it will make small explosions on impact.

What about the minigun, or the gauss rifle ?

What should the next Fallout weapon be? I'm working on the Plasma Rifle, but it is going slow as it is my first projectile weapon, so any non-plasma or non-explosive weapons can be requested.

Well, I think it worth a nerf. Perfect accuracy is good, but it has too much stopping power. Other stats are fine to me.

Yeah, It's a bit overpowered... I might nerf it a bit, unless people don't want me to of course
