There's no leaks and the geometry is fine where the these shadows cut off. My best guess is probably the VRAD settings when compiling. I'll look into it more later when I have time as I have another map I worked on that had the exact same issue.

probably a displacement problem, if it occurs in the city also, check the geometry of each building, also make sure there aren't any leaks too

I have issues with the static lightmap shadows when naming the light_environment, I'll see if there's ways to fix it when I get the time to work on it.

Can you update the map so it supports Real CSM? All you need to do is name the light_environment and it should work fully.
