I don't actually know. It was added with Age of Charlemagne DLC, but I don't recall having seen it in game.
I should re-make all of the generals to look more royal. The king's son uses a random general skin, so there's no way I could do what you suggest without modifying all the generals in the process. And, still, I couldn't make the king's sons wear their father's crown. It's a limitation of the game itself, it's not up to me.
Right, I misread. Anyway, now the mod's updated and the problem's solved.
@polatgeyik
I fear I can't. The games doesn't allow to carry on the look of a general to another.
Mm, I didn't notice any bug with the antean leader... I'll check it out as soon as I can.
Sadly, it's the same in the base game. Unlike Shogun II, the first leader's armor doesn't carry on to its heir. I only wish something could be done about it.

Maybe I will, but I wouldn't upload the single files on Steam. If I decide to, though, I'll upload the different files on Mediafire and then put the link here in the description.
@The Chocolate Jesus
I'm sorry but I installed my mod, then re-installed it manually, then downloaded it from Steam and I still can't find the problems you described, except the fact that the Huns start with Attila, which was intentional. Maybe, if I find time, I may upload a version where their starting leader is Uldin. I'll think about it.
Having Attila as the image of the Huns is cooler than some guy most don't know. :P
Its awsome!
Good Job!
1. The Huns start out with Uldin as their leader but they already have the Attila model at the beginning of the campaign.
2.The Eastern Roman emperor carries his flag on the back. I don't know if this is intentional but it looks somewhat strange to me. He also looks buggy on the faction overview screen.
3.The Ostrogoths leader's skin does not work for me. He still looks like his vanilla model.
4.The Saxon leader is pretty bugged in the faction overview screen. He carries no weapon in his hands.
5. The Geatish leader is bugged in the faction overview screen, too. His helmet he carries under his arm floats in front of him.
6. The Pictish leader is in the T-pose on the campaign map. He works fine on the faction overview screen though.
I hope this feedback might help you to get rid of the bugs.
It wasn't intended, sorry! Either way, I'm glad you appreciate. ^^
