Yep, they don't affect undead units, but depending on the game type, even a Necromancer might have quite lively armies, especially if there are no cities and non-dragon dwellings.

At least until they research Harbingers of Death, that is.

These spells still don't affect undead though, right? So.....not very helpful for a necro? Or was that changed too?
