I think since the jarate wasn't good, It will benefit sniper better then the jarate, because of the large explosion and you don't instantly die from backstabbing spies. However, a GOOD change to it is it's ability to get back it from respawning and resupply lockers. Why I said resupply lockers? It's due to the fact jarate lasts about 5 seconds and if it can't resupply using the lockers, it wouldn't be as useful as the Darwin's danger shield or the razorback. But besides the respawning stats problem, the rest of the stats are great with the weapon. And great work on the weapon guys! :)
