Is there a way where you can make the Police officers and the prisoners from BO2 Zombies Cellblock.

How come the hands are glossy in the photos but not in the actual game? The hands are matte for me.

Any chance of getting these released individually for each survivor? I've been having a hard time finding a coach replacer, and I love the idea of having a non-immune survivor in the group.
