i know this is your first mod but, the sound int's good for me and the sound is in the defaulf Eagle too, and in the other mods in don't know how to solve this but, it's a good mod :) nice work!

if you wanna know how, its pretty complex for newbie's for making skin such as this.
first you need to make a separate skin layer with specific file format, you will need also complex tools. It would be Photoshop and other L4D2 / Steam 3d skin Extractor (didn't remember the name since this mod is 3 years old).
I forgot the details but all I know is you need the skin for the weapon and the skin map for specific glow in the dark area.
