Version 2.3
- Removed all sounds saying "20 seconds left before X zone is electrified".
- All announcer sounds are lowered with 70%.
- The start area is disabled and players will always spawn directly in to the map.
- I hope a fixed a bug where some textures became invisible.

I have made your map into cs 1.6
It is not ready yet, but usable if you can make mods. :)
