Actually! The building does glow blue underneath the rims. You can usually only see it if you have the day/night mod installed right now (the fake day/night cycle thingy). Yes, the building was created using the circular template, so that means that areas in close to the building are going to be zoneable which can cause other buildings to grow overtop of this one. Just make sure to dezone around it and you'll be fine, there's no way for me to fix something like that. The other thing about the cims pathing, I placed an entrance but the way that the pathing system works may make them walk through walls or the ground sometimes. 98% of the time, you're viewing the building from a mile away up in the sky, so shouldn't matter too much, hehe

Great, but one little problem: buildings can grow in front of this one. Students go through their gardens probably to get to the entrance of this evil geniuses school :)
