You can always grab "British / UK Flag Pack (Waving)" and plonk a flag up there yourself. The Union Flag (i.e. the missing one) is flown when the monarch is not at home. The Royal Standard of the United Kingdom (also found in the pack mentioned) is flown when the Monarch is in residence.

Lot still works fine and looks good, even though we don't experience the full pomp and circumstance
