@[SVGO] Savatar, This is a standalone release, this is the only UMP you need. Subscribe, launch the game and wait a few seconds for mods to load (not really necessary to wait but..) and then join a server that allows custom skins. Like 99% of servers allow skins, if anything load into single player training to troubleshoot.

@Topkek, If you want to avoid the "vasoline" effect whilst running Insurgency on lowest settings go into advanced video settings and turn your shader detail to low. That basically removes the phong(shininess) of the gun.
