Thanks for all the nice comments. R@, unfortunately I haven't played or modded Cities Skylines enough to know for sure if the oppression office has any special effects and if they transfer to custom buildings using its template. I only have to assume so from the modding page of the wiki and from how the UI placement and requirements carry over. I didn't change any of the buildings settings except for price and maintanance, but I'd be happy to hear suggestions if some more experiences players had any ideas.

It's another version of oppression office. (I haven't built one)
So is it actually carrying any special effect? (Other than providing entertainment / visiting spot)
