@Spook Noodle they are not using c_hands (or cl_hands idk it.) so they use CSS Arms

Because i've been doing some testing between Free CSS Content Addon vs Paid CSS Games. and yeah it only worked if you purchase the CSS games on steam.

also weapons that use css hands like m9k,tfa or csw 2.0

it changes the hands of all playermodels that use css hands for example, a terrorist from counter strike. (it should be in your playermodels by default)
