I'm happy you like it! As it so happens one of my first houses, PlasterTenementRL5, is based on the buildings located just west of Sandsborg tube stop. Maybe not the ones you had in mind, but still useful if you feel like recreating Söderort in your game :-)

by the way there are many cool houses in the sandsborg area just west of the subway. have a look at them :)
