mod id???

I dont know if it can be done, but a rollaway toolbox type skin would be awesome. Perhaps as part of this pack, or a shop decoration pack? A toolbox with the capacity of a small cargo container, large grid, and the appearance of a rollaway toolbox you would see in a mechanics shop, with ports at the back or top for conveyor tubes/blocks. Its probably not a hugely requested item, but heres a pic of a shop im working on, with the small containers being the toolboxes. Your mods are all incredible and got me back into this game when the DX9-DX11 transition happened. Would you please add a pallet like the sheets of metal but stacked with the gold ingots? I'd be extremely appreciative, and it shouldn't be bad since the ingots already look stacked? Thank you for all of these great flavorful mods.

can u fix the shelfs cargo access Pls?

heck could you make different pallets of the components? so if a part is needed we could just got grind a pallet to get what we need from it? would kill 2birds so to speak, give more deco and make it useful

Hi, cool Mod. But can you fix the ""Decorative" Pallet with sheets of metal" on a working Storage? Can you fix the Shelfes on working Storages? And then can you delete the Word "Decorative" from your Modname? *smile* Thank you!

@Aidylheid I reely like your mods the wat thay are. I use box for storage in large but tite ship thay work biter then the large cargo conator but got to lode by hand. Thank you for making them.

The barrels and the set of 3 crates work as cargo containers now. I've only tested them in creative. Let me know if there are any issues with survival.

I have already included them in my build, would be nice if the textures get sorted.

I can help with textures if you want? Message me on keens forums, I will just need to see the uv's of the boxes. If you own substance designer 5 I have a template that can be used if you want to make your own. (also on keens forums)

Given how I used the last mod to include pallets, having a few interior plates as the first component and then [x] amount of the material its a pallet for proved to be a fairly good way to do it without being flat out a container. Definitely was an interesting way to use them at least.

I would love it if you could make these avalible for small ships. Without shrinking the cargo boxes of course, just keep em the same size, but make em avalible for small ships ^^

@Reaper - Go ahead. Thanks for asking. @Everyone else - Yes, I can make them into real storage containers. Yes, I know they are boring. I'm looking into different textures. I'm still new to modding and I'm just throwing out the basics that I feel we are missing. As I learn, they will get better. For now, just use your imagination and pretend they are awesome. :)

Hey Aidylheid, just want to ask a quick question. I may be recording some space engineers for youtube at some point within the next few days, is it okay for your mods to be used(this and the kitchen pack)? (Yes there will be links to your mod)

author, what are your true intentions once these decrative blocks have been crafted? will they be what others expect, which is to be functional or will you keep these as only decorative blocks, which either way would be reasonable.

How about instead of making them storage containers, you make them placeable blocks that require the labeled resource. For example. Crate labeled "X construction components" requires that many construction components to build, plus a few interior plates or some other binding resource. Other possibilities: barrels of ores, stacks of ingots on pallets, Piles of bags (for item bags such as magnesium and gravel)

It would be very cool if the barrels could be made as cargo boxes...with no access. Just for storage only. Love the shelves but agree that everything is a little bland. Put some tools out, something other than just boxes.

Not sure if it's just a screensho problem, but I think it would be nice to have better textures on it. These are kind of blank, sterile, if you know what I mean. Anyway, I like the idea.

these are sweet. makes my hanger bays look better! perhaps add a plock or two with different items. ammo? building materials? misc. parts? suit pieces so you could make a suit repair room? just a few ideas :P
