Also, try http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=519327963 for models of the "proper" terrain. Just be aware the colliders can't be perfect due to engine limitations, so stuff placed right on the edge of hexes may fall down a "crack" in the colliders between two adjacent pieces.

Optimisation tips: lock the top level hexes then delete all hexes in layers underneath that cannot be seen. For layers whose sides can be seen, use the new multi height hex terrain pieces which will use fewer triangles per layer.

I'd be interested if these steps improve matters.

Yeup haha ill make some simpler maps in the future for less lag if you zoom in a bit more it helps.:csdsmile:
