Yeah, the night vision is quite buggy. For years now I've been meaning to revamp this mod including a better implementation of night vision, but until then it has a few minor issues!

Wow, thanks for the positivity! I didn't even say it's a good mod, I made it when I was 13 years old, it was my first time ever programming. I was just saying it's 81% rating is above 4/5 (80%) so the mod should be 4 stars not 3.
However I'm inclined to disagree with you, I believe it is a good mod, at least from a gameplay perspective, clearly the 81% of people who rated this mod up agree!
Sorry you didn't like the mod, but this is now extremely old, I would love to improve the art of the mod however that is not my speciality.

Does night vision come back after you die at some point? Mine seems to be gone.

This is not to do with my mod, likely another mod is conflicting with it as I have tested this mod recently and it works fine!

when i want start server with this mod it dont work please fix it

@Kade Dragonheart I get your point but from bieng able too seee in the dark is quite OP mostly because thats the part of the game thats diffuclt apart from winter and summer but he's still a great mod!

From what I can see all he did was remove the legs which would make spooky look very odd, especially so due to my current art 'capabilities'! XD

So first off I love using spooky he's incredibly helpful and adorable. Also to those complaining he's too overpowered, he still loses sanity, still gets wet, and can go insane not to mention he's still squishy defense wise so meh. Anyway so there's a mod on here called Haunter from pokemon, the creator literally made the character a floating drifting ghost pokemon. I recommend you look into his and maybe see how he crafted it to float so you could modify Spooky to actually be a ghost like his image instead of a sheet colored naked guy with no face. Purely a recommendation I'm still gonna use him and you know kill a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Deerclops without dying XD

Sorry, but he is not going to become less powerful, hes the undead, the epitomme of evil and power, this might come accross as rude but if you don't want a powerful character don't use Spooky...

its just too bad you lose night vision when you die bug?

it would be interesting if he slowly made other players slowly insane since he's a ghost (slower than normal ghosts would) so people think twice about choosing him for team games

I have to agree, this seems way to overpowered. every character has downsides, where are his downsides? e.g. he should deal extremely weak damage seeing as he isn't corporeal , cant hold weapons etc.

too overpowered, not gonna download. If i download that will be easy.

Don't Starve requires most limbs to be present for the animtions to look correct.
The in-game model is now semi-transparent I just haven't updated the screenshots yet(I'm lazy!)
Also it finally comes down to the fact that I'm terrible at art! :D

icon looks good... but the actual model, well it doesnt look like much of a ghost

Currently he has no negatives apart from lowish base stats but he's meant to be powerful after all is is one of the undead!

This seems very powerful, I am looking for a type of evil character and stopped on this. Is there any negitives with this mod towards the character or is it just all positives?

Hey dude thought I would keep you updated on how The Hunter is doing.
So i've witten almost all of the code excluding a few things (dialouge etc).
I havn't started the artwork yet but I will once I get on my PC.
Here are his main features so far:
Night vision
Carnivorous
Starts with 5 human meat which also has positive effects on him(you'll have to wait and see)
Can eat spoiled food
Has a strong stomach(can eat monster meat without negative effects)
Does slightly extra damage 1.5x
Runs much faster 2x

Currently those are all his features but I hope to add more!
