@Rik - Yep using all of them including props. Have experimented with disabling all mods save themes. Also experimented with using the UK terraced housing - modern theme. Creating a new theme and selecting only the desired houses, to no avail. Its because I only wanted the modern terraces.

But still as I said maybe its me. Also Top collection

@Tenfootpowder - Are you using this collection > https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=452704398 . You have to use this collection to ensure they all spawn as this consists of 8 level 1 houses, 5 level 2 houses and 5 level 3 houses (with 2 corner houses for each level).

Subscribing to the above collection and using the building themes mod will ensure that all the houses will spawn.

I think I know what is issue with people having problems getting these to spawn. Your UK Terraced House - Modern 1 is a level 2 asset (As you stated). There is no level 1 'Modern' terraced house. So unless you include 'UK Terraced House - Variation 1' in the UK Terraced House #2 theme the only things to spawn are the corner houses, I think. As soon as I added it to the theme all was cushty Rodders.

I Might also be missing something, but there appears to be only 1 level 1 house (UK Terraced House - Variation 1)

That said and done, your assets are 'Furkin Top Draw' my friend. Some of my suburbs look like a google maps/artists impression composite.

Got them working? I have added my mods back in 1 by 1 and still working so not sure which one was causing the problem but seems to be solved-ish. houses appearing but not the commercial yet?

@davidewaller The buildings should work for both themes.

I'm going to guess that its the building themes mod that's causing it as i don't think these houses have been officially added to that yet, they will be soon tho.

@rik4000 - OK so that totally worked. I guess now I will add the mods I use in one by one and see what stops them working. I would think long used mods like auto bulldoze and the stop level up etc might be OK but maybe the later ones like unlock euro buildings etc. might be an issue? Can you tell me do your building mods work all map types not just euro?

@davidewaller hmm, i've had a couple of people say they cant get them to spawn, im not sure whats going on as i have no control over it really, i just make and upload them, the only thing i can think of is it must be a mod conflict. Could you do us a favour and start a game with all mods disabled, see if they spawn then. give it a try on both map themes. Remember to paint them like this > http://i.imgur.com/tv1O5uZ.jpg

Hi Rik, I love the look of your buildings. I started trying to build London (I am an expat living in Vancouver) so want to have all the old Uk sights but I cannot get your buildings to appear?? I have subscribed, they are in my assets but still grows American style houses. I have recently added the Theme mod which places lots of larger euro style buildings but still not your great terrace houses. not one even for me to clone. Can you help?

hmm, that is odd, not sure whats going on, the only thing i can suggest is to unsubscribe from all the terraced assets and then subscribe again (maybe sub to the collection so you get the whole lot).

@rik4000 I know how to get 1x2 plot, i did it, but there is no terraced houses at all, only vanilla "boxes".

I can't get it in game. Only small boxes grows on 1x2 lot.

Where i come from these are usually found in groups of about 3/4 houses and they all look identical (with the same house alarm as well)

I agree that if you have a whole row of about 20 houses it would look odd :)

Looks amazing, bit odd with every single house having a burgular alarm though.
