yep, I observed the same problem with other circularpark assets aswell... Which is why I prefer to put them into roundabouts ;)

There's the problem with the crime rate, if you build this park between houses, the crime rate spikes because no cops can get there...

the black roses spawn a bit irregular around the statue. Apparently that has something to do with the alignment of the park, as the roses change place when you turn the park around. Probably the center of object for the rose prop does something funny, I don't know. Turn off the roses if it looks too much out of place :)
