Nope, it works the same... I just put all the parking lots in the roads sections cause they make more sense there and are easier to find then looking through tons of parks.

does the fact it appears in the roads menu have any significance ? does it function differently than parking lots that appear in the parks menu ?

its interesting that this appears in the large roads menu rather than the parks menu like other parking lot assets. and also doesnt seem to function as a park. quite unusual.
