When I bonemerge it with the headphones removed, it puts them back on. It does the same thing with the hair style, when I change it to the secondary one, it turns back to the default one after I merged it. Is there a way to fix it or should I ask for separate models ?

find the gma file. It's on located addons folder. Then, use GWtool i highly recommend that to drag gme and it'll extracting itself folder. And then, put them in your SFM folder.
