Hi,
I use a different version of this excellent mod. It's so usefull that I always leave the related window opened. The problem is that the "vanilla" mod window is huge.
Yours is much smaller, but the main data for me is not employment rate, but workers vs jobs rate. Is it possible to switch the datas ? How ?

@datodi - sorry but that extended version doesn't provide all information
Even this mod is better.

Its working fine for me with a huge amount of other mods, I dont own Industries, parklike or campus DLC tho.
macluk 9 iun. 2019 la 13:43
I think it's back on and it seems to work well with Campus DLC, no problems anymore :D
Max_well  [autor] 9 iun. 2019 la 13:07
@jssykes2819 & @macluk : Alas I can't support this mod anymore.

You should contact Quboid who may be available to update the mod.
jssykes2819 3 iun. 2019 la 12:04
Doesn't seem to be compatible with Campus :(
macluk 31 mai 2019 la 15:36
My employment details button has gone somewhere :]
I suppose Max_well you don't do this mod anymore, do you?
Virelai 4 nov. 2018 la 3:14
Thank you for this simple, yet so helpful mod!
MissAnaHappy 13 aug. 2018 la 1:47
Thank you!
Quboid 30 iun. 2018 la 6:04
Thank you very much!
Max_well  [autor] 30 iun. 2018 la 5:46
@Quboid : Please feel free to do so.
I don't have the setup needed to make modifications to it, and currently my life will not allow me to do so in a forseable future :)

Please note that my code is relatively rough and maybe not the best place to start and learn.
Anyway, I recommand using ILSpy (https://github.com/icsharpcode/ILSpy) to look at the core binaries of the game. That's how I learned how it worked.

Good luck and have fun !
PS : If you release a upgraded version, please come back to me, I will update my mod description to point on yours.
Quboid 26 iun. 2018 la 13:34
Do you mind if I adapt your code into a new mod and upload it to the Workshop? I'm looking to learn modding and adding a few features to this would be a good way. I will of course give you credit.
Max_well  [autor] 14 iun. 2018 la 8:41
@Dezelles Thanks for the explanation.
From my point of view, the instantaneous values are better.
Dezelles 3 iun. 2018 la 7:55
@lilphiliraq, @Max_well
Indeed, there are a delay. If you add up the number of jobs given by Employement Details in the image, it's equal to 31,028, for 26 738 indicated by the game.
In fact, the mod gives the instantaneous figure while the game displays the statistics of the previous week...
lilphiliraq 25 mai 2018 la 8:34
This and the CSL stat mod are the same. I chose this for its specif task.
lilphiliraq 25 mai 2018 la 8:32
Did all of that. I've been subscribe to this mod for over a year. I just finally started to say something to see if anything can be done. I may have worded it wrong. What I mean by delay is that your mod stats and the in-game are not in sync with each other. Just the adults count is correct. Example, (I'll try and take a pick if I could.) Even starting a new game when people move in the workers in stats and your are off. The employed/unemployed numbers differ when seeing the stats side by side.
Max_well  [autor] 24 mai 2018 la 13:15
@lilphiliraq Nothing in the code might explain such behavior.
Does the delay is still here when you close/open the window ?
Maybe try uninstalling/reinstalling ?
lilphiliraq 22 mai 2018 la 20:28
It seems there's a delay when trying to compare this mod's stats with the in-game stats. Example when the personal info tab and the city tab stats move it's instantly and at the same time, but when it comes to this mod's stats it's a couple minutes delay. I depend on this mod for that info instead of looking in the tabs for it. Is it possible to fix that?
Max_well  [autor] 10 mai 2018 la 9:53
@NOiZE Unfortunatly, I don't have anymore the setup needed to do modification on this mod.
Also, I seem to recall that the available informations where quite sparse.
I think I didn't have the info you're talking.
NOiZE 7 mai 2018 la 13:33
Nice stuff mod, i wonder could you add another collection of pie charts showing which jobs filled and which jobs are available on what education level?
Max_well  [autor] 13 mart. 2018 la 14:23
@McMaverick
Thanks for the kind words.
I just uploaded the (old) code for the mod. See the description for the github link
McMaverick 3 mart. 2018 la 16:31
Awesome mod. Thanks for your hard work!

Any chance you could share a link to the source code?
macluk 24 oct. 2017 la 4:43
yes it does, even with Green Cities. I'm just re-testing old mods enabling them slowly until i have all i want and need for my new city (as usual old ones cannot be open anymore :( )
ender7j 28 mai 2017 la 15:34
@ Max_well Thanks man! Works like a champ.
Max_well  [autor] 25 mai 2017 la 14:44
@ender7j The screen can be accessed via the Population Panel, by clicking on the '+' symbol in the white box (see screenshots)
I just tested it with Mass Transit and it works.
ender7j 21 mai 2017 la 9:05
I'm assuming that this info window pops up when you click the 'I" button at the bottom of the screen. If so, it's not working with Mass Transit DLC. Is there something I can do to make it work?
Daveyboy 11 febr. 2017 la 13:07
Okay for some reason this doesn't seem to be happening now after re-enabling all the same mods as before on the same city. It could be that it only happens after playing the game for longer, or possibly whatever conflict was going on has since been resolved by some other update. It's weird because I was getting the issue on exit consistently every time I played (several times over the past week), but today it's behaving every time. *shrugs*
Finwickle 11 febr. 2017 la 12:35
@Daveboy: I have this mod running with After Dark and Snowfall DLC without issues. I also have Building Themes, IPT and Road Namer (and about 80 other mods), but not Control Building Level Up or Building Eye Dropper.

However, before Snowfall I often had crash-on-exit issues, always due to some combination of mods (and/or assets). Game might have issues with unloading mods/assets and freeing memory. I still have memory issues when I exit to main menu and reload a map (3 GB more memory usage on the same map).
Daveyboy 11 febr. 2017 la 11:16
I don't have the disasters DLC, just After Dark, Snowfall and Match Day. However various mods stopped working when disasters was released even for people who didn't buy the DLC so I'm guessing it's something to do with the game patch from then.

The mods I have enabled in the game are Hard Mode (the one that's included as standard), Control Building Level Up, Building Themes, IPT (Improved Public Transport), Employment Details, Road Namer and Building Eyedropper.

Next time I play I'll try disabling all of the other ones temporarily and will post back if I figure out which if any are conflicting with it.
Max_well  [autor] 11 febr. 2017 la 11:06
@Daveyboy I don't have the last dlc, so I can't really test it.
I'll try it next week end with my game version to see if it is crashing.

It may be a incompatibility with another mod, can you tell me what you have ?
Daveyboy 9 febr. 2017 la 15:27
My game always seems to be crashing on exit lately whenever I have this mod enabled.

Not sure if it's any help but let me know if you need anything from the crash dump files, they're quite long to include here.
chaosmercenary 25 apr. 2016 la 18:44
hehe, nice to know that your screenshot has the same issue I have. The numbers often don't add up... on the right, the employed adds up to 27,601 while the left hand, employed comes to 25,485.... wonder why that is??

Also don't know if its fixable, but when I put the monument that auto educates everyone, the uneducated numerator becomes some random giant number.
TelMan 27 febr. 2016 la 17:22
Hi, is this mod being maintained and does anyone know if its compatiable with Snowfall DLC? TIA
Øuantum3 4 nov. 2015 la 19:21
lol I do that all the time... I just didn't figured it out because I use that for work, and I was playing Cities :D Here is the link :) https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/9728762/PopWork.jpg

The thing is placing the amounts shown in the Info Panel, onto the overlay regarding the 'Population Info Tab' but with the emplyoment amounts. I drew a couple of "squares" with an arrow explaining the same thing.
Max_well  [autor] 4 nov. 2015 la 13:26
@Øuantum3 : Just use any file hosting on the net and paste it here, It should work :)
I don't know if I can make it per-district.
Øuantum3 3 nov. 2015 la 9:02
I wish the same than Thomas :) Btw, I have a suggestion to do it for this mod, which I think is easy to do. I just have an screenshot showing it perfectly but don't know how to send it to you.
roberto tomás 28 oct. 2015 la 11:57
awesome mod .. wish the same stats were available per-district
Mandari 11 oct. 2015 la 5:19
Thank you mate, good job btw on this, very helpful information
Max_well  [autor] 11 oct. 2015 la 1:41
Tested and working with AD :)
Mandari 10 oct. 2015 la 11:34
Is this working with AD? havent turned it on yet...
Redneck Philosopher 14 sept. 2015 la 10:54
I there any way to get this updated to report or show an overlay of where the unemployment is? Having a really hard time tracking where holes in the mass transit system are which are contributing to unemployment figures.
Flexible Games 25 aug. 2015 la 17:54
Would it be possible to get this same information on a district level? So I can better nail down where my unemployment is?
Max_well  [autor] 14 aug. 2015 la 11:14
@leeXVI : Nope, I didn't find the info; at best it's buried too deep in the game.
Juvelio 13 aug. 2015 la 8:39
is it possible to add the amount of jobs avaliable for each education type?
Max_well  [autor] 10 iul. 2015 la 14:56
@luizfcsilveira : I'll try to look into it :)
