2 years later, does it have dissolve damage yet?

Hey, I was wondering ifyou could give me some tips on making custom weapon sweps like these? Im trying to make my own mod, but its pretty complicated

I had that idea too but I don't know how to do it. If I could somehow do the fallout-style energy weapon deaths that would be amazing.

...One of the only reasons I uninstalled it in the beginning is because the weapons did not deal dissolve damage.

So yeah, I finally released something, and it's something good too. I started working on these as a side project while I was making my Vintage Firearms addons, and so here we are. I seriously cannot bother myself to make spawnicons this time, sorry guys.

Unfortunately, all the weapons are perfectly accurate, a side effect of my ♥♥♥♥ code. I tried to balance the damage, fire rate and recharge rate accordingly, so they should be somewhat balanced

Fallout was one of my main inspirations, along with a little bit of TF2 and random google searches.

This gives me a fallout vibe, but I like it.

Yeah, they all run off of my own spit-and-prayers base. I really should rewrite it but you know how that goes.

Metal for the parts that would be under the most stress, of course. Metal's too heavy to use for furniture, best is probably polymer.

Yeah, I see that. I depends on the map too, if they've got reflections and all that (like construct or flatgrass) they look pretty good, if they don't (like in the screenshots) they look kinda like plastic.

I know the feels, I was in the middle of the Hoover Dam battle for the first time ever, and (for reasons i still will never comprehend) fast traveled out somehow to buy more Med-X and such....

the game glitched horribly, and i had to delete the game save.... I ttravelled to...s***... the starting community, and I had to WALK to the Dam

My last save on that character was when he was level 27, and that was just after murdering Motor Runner. :[ I had accomplished way too much in those 3 levels

@Bop Zeerust was the fancy term for retro futuristic, yeah. I was thinking atom punk too, but I'm no artist. And yeah, all of these are inspired by Fallout on some level, especially the plasma rifle and pistol.

I'm pretty sure that's Atom-punk. Look up Zeerust, I think that's what you're going for. [to the author]

I'd go with 'retro futuristic' over any specific 'punk' as it's a catchall term, I'm not sure what art style 'chrome and vacuum tubes' falls under.
