Regardless of whether or not you see them as admin weapons, that's the category they fall under. Admin guns are generally all rapid fire with zero spread and 9999 damage, these are no different since they all pretty much do the same exact thing as any other admin gun.

Cause i don't see use for them on DarkRP servers. They are just made to be messed around with in Sandbox/Singleplayer.
