Ah, well, kudos for making this and coming up with the original idea.

@The Necro-Knight This mod ended up becoming a prototype because of the maps & the mod requiring constant care. There would either have to be a manually updated, pre-devided (and balanced) territory sector configuration for 50-50 division per map or a really clever algorithm for automatically doing it. I didn't have the time and interest to do the algorithm properly. Some things are probably broken now as well, due to game updates.

Its a shame this isn't being developped anymore, would be awesome in a polished state.

I know you already did a lot... so do you know if such a mod exists and eventually where to find it?

Another problem: The AI is capable of using at least some Commander Skills and will have it's units open fire - may be auto-attack only - as soon there is contact with enemy units.

This mod has serious problems when using it in AI-games and the OKW faces an enormous drawback: HQ-trucks - at least one - can be build while the ceasefire phase but it can't be converted into an HQ as the according skills are disabled, leaving the OKW with base units while all other factions can upgrade to higher tiers.

Still had five minutes of cease fire left... germans crossed the line and killed all my men... dirty germans

Most likely a map I never tried it on. The division algorithm expects the map to be "balanced" and more or less mirrored. Also the victory point count is hardcoded to 3. This was more of an experiement than anything.

The map wasn't divided in half when I tried this, what am I doing wrong?

This seems like an awesome idea for a mod, and I would be very happy to try it once all the bugs have been ironed out. This definitely suits my playstyle a lot more, considering I am not much of a rusher. When I play with friends, I am usually the one taking care of our defense, while we have someone else taking care of air strikes / artillery and someone else for armor. So keep working on it and I will come back to check this out later :D Good job so far :)

(Granted the Germans made jet fighters or could have made jet fighters Hitler was just to stupid to reailise that hey these things are doing better and it's early in the war but he said no wanting more of the Lutwaffa and the same thing happened with the assualt rifle but this time commanders started producing it behind his back and so many things that the Germans could have done to win so be glad Hitler wasn't smart only his commanders) But yea Ai are breaking it with some of my maps not being split evenly

Mortars and Stationary MG's can also still fire trough the ceasefire.

Thanks for the reports! I'll look into solving the AI issue.

Perfect idear i love it! But the KI for example can fire from Buildings into your territory (thus killing your units) and Molotovs/Granades also still kill your Units.
