True, but bethesda made the game, so your using their product for profit. Then there's all the other copyrights you can run over, like Disney, DC/Marvel, and so forth. If you're not carefull, you can get your ass sued to hell and back.
A Co-worker recently told me of someone using mickey mouse stickers that they bought for their home-deco shop, they were planning on printing copies of the stickers that they bought. They thankfully were told by a friend, and had a lawyer confirm this, that though they paid for the stickers, using them in this way was illegal before Disney caught wind of it.
CREATOR(S) of the mod can make IF THEY WANT TO (and they DON'T have to) if they
WANT TO make money off of their mod so they could MAKE EVEN MORE AWESOME MODS that they might other wise not have the time or money to afford. AND I REPEART IT IS COMPLETLY OPTIONAL MEANING THEY DON'T HAVE TO IF THEY DON'T WANT TO! So say you're sorry Bob.
