Lol the maker of this asset is wrong about his own stuff. I just seen it in my game the first time and it's a level 2 building as well as some others of this creator. Fix the discription please and make a bloody atlantic superstore and dollarama. Not dollarstore but dollarama cuz it's better.
I don't think the creator will be making anything because he's not been active for months.
I hope everything is well with you and will create some more essential canadian buildings for us

Is this a L1? Because after numerous attempts, loading and bulldozing, I've yet to see a Shoppers in my city. Does having other mods ( Burger King for example ) make it less likely to pop up, because I'm seeing them more than shoppers. The rest of the mods are working though. ( Mac's, Pop, Tims' etc.)

@TPB Thanks for the consideration! I'm going back and doing LODs on the larger buildings. The 1x2 Tim Hortons probably won't get LOD treatment due to it's small size. However, the Canadian Tire, Future Shop and Shoppers are being worked on.

@Plazmic Flame It's a great idea in theory, the problem is that CSKY won't necessarily build another Shoppers as it levels up from 1 to 2, etc. The alternative is to make it ploppable.

Hmmm... is it possible to have a string of buildings in the same chain? For example, if this is a LVL-1 building, then LVL-2 in the same chain [shoppers drugmart] should still be a Shopper Drugmart, just a larger building. Is that possible?

@charlie.su1986 I know. I used a color picker on a copy of the logo I downloaded to ensure that they matched up, but Cities Skylines really cranks up the saturation. I tried toning it down but I agree, it's a tad bright. I'm new at this so I don't know how to import a new FBX with a revised diffused to replace this asset. I'm thinking it would treat it as an entirely new building?

Sweet that looks great! I would tone down the red a bit; as in rgb color code what you have looks near FF0000 but something like E01111 would probably look more realistic.

Looking forward to more of this.
