I dont understand why ppl are complaing about maintence cost. this game is quit easy to keep up the money flow.

Until the maintenance cost and student count is reduced, can't justify plopping in my city. Hope you can fix this.

You did a REALLY nice job with this. But I agree with the others, most of all the upkeep cost -- it really should be a *very* small fraction of what it is currently, and only from the perspective of crippling budgets.

I'd make the student count less as well (no more than 2000 at most), but that's more my personal taste based on its size.

Hmm, nice building, but 10.000€ per week is way too much. The nuclear power plant is 8.000 ;D

Why all these single buildings have each a capacity of 4000 students?

I would change the value fixed to real-like values, if you build up a campus with several buildings the capacities will be added to a good amount, but like 5 x 4000 seems way too much.

The cims are already overeducated and it'S a problem to get uneducated workers with these high capacities.

@Hvalreki. custom assets seem not to work on a Mac. I already contacted the developers about this problem.

@ El_Dorado[NL] - It's a University, so I can only assume you won't be able to find it until you unlock the regular University.

@Hvalreki, I checked the education section but nothing there. I also restarted the game... just in case... but no luck. Does it need a certain population? I have 35.000 now.

@ Owlchemist - The 'windows' are supposed to be transparent, as they are in real life, because it is a bell tower.

I like this building, thanks for sharing. Only problem I noticed is the windows on the tower. They see through to the other side of the building, so you can, for example, see the roof below D:
