I'm afraid ot wouldn't be a simple model swap, Sterling uses separate suppressor and mount models, UMP45 has neither.

The only real issue I had was that the RIS was to large and the suppressor didn't fit on properly.

You should give the mods some time to load.
In the main menu of Insurgency, there is on the top right a button called workshop ,
click on that and wait until everything is loaded.

That is a known bug.
You can't fix it without altering the animations.
