not sure if you still update your assets or if you are able to fix it, but, this asset causes an error in the new Sunset Harbor DLC. As soon as I put it in a new city, I started to get errors and I was not able to delete it. I have been using this asset for years, its great, but, it might need a replacement or an update if possible.
