This is a gret mod for a no-stress run but it doesn't change specific instances of words, namely the prisoner guys, the baby guys and some cutscene-esque parts.

Figured out how to make it work myself. It only works on ♥♥♥♥♥ difficulty, I assume it's because that difficutly only offers single letters and every other dificulty gives me full on words, phrases, and sentances.

@Defected you hit the subscribe button, and go into options in the game's main menu and find the "Custom dictionary" page then activate the mod.

Well whatever. All I know my account was used since steam released ages ago. Before this account I used another account. Still trying to find out how to use this mod.

yeah I have no clue how to use this. not once have I used steam workshop. Used steam since 2001.
