until the issue with assets having a overall limit on size; could you make a second version which is smaller in filesize?

No, I only have one building with 4096x4096 maps and it is 104MB. My smallest one is 13MB with 2048x1024 maps

Are you using 4k by 4k textures or something? Why is this 28MB large

in my cities this is my favorite tower and its the center building of my skyline..
Want more Dubai Towers (maybe some tokyo-Towers :)

Yes and no. This building has its origin in 2010 and the initial design was handed to me by a forum member of Skyscrapercity. He said the inspiration was Marina 101 in Dubai, and it looks indeed vaguely similar. But it's a fictional building nonetheless ;)
