Sorry, haven't worked on modding for a few years. my work chain wasn't very efficient and some changes to the mwm builder back then made it too difficult for me to want to continue. I was using blender mod tools.
Rubber Sword 12. dec. 2020 kl. 11:37
@Slaghkre have been playing SE for years and have only just discovered this mod. Are you still doing anything with this? I've checked venator2070's site but there's nothing published.
The skins are up to date but there appear to be blocks missing. I can only find one corner slope and was there ever a 3 way corner 'mini block'?
Cheers
woostyboy 17. sep. 2018 kl. 13:14
Hi. Is this large and small block?
Slaghkre  [ophavsmand] 10. juli 2018 kl. 17:26
@venator2070 you can republish with any changes you want. the major part of the work was the build stage models and you can include those in any mod you like as well.
venator2070 10. juli 2018 kl. 8:43
Hey can you please make the armor corner and inverted armor corner airtight? Or give me permission to publish a airtight version? Thanks in advance!

Game crash at the start...
Shakrii 27. mar. 2017 kl. 22:19
Well if you do get a chance to fix things it is much appreciated Aerosabe
CaptPatrick01 23. feb. 2017 kl. 13:13
The interior wall blocks in this mod are invisible.
Slaghkre  [ophavsmand] 10. feb. 2017 kl. 15:58
I admit. poking probably helps. Still could have sworn I went throough all those blocks for airtightness.
Blocks going invisible is really annoying since Keen seems to have broke my favorite tool, SEBlockTools for blender.
Shroom 10. feb. 2017 kl. 13:08
@Netherspark Aerosabe is still actively modding, keep poking him about the fix.
Bones 11. jan. 2017 kl. 7:47
Was working on my train today and noticed the int. wall pipes are invisible when at 100%, any chance of a fix???
Jocelyn 10. sep. 2016 kl. 16:56
Are your corners airtight now?
Schwieger 3. sep. 2016 kl. 23:37
Will the hit boxes be updated so they no longer take up the same spac as a larger block?
Kiithnaras 14. juli 2016 kl. 7:50
Apologies, I did find the solution - your mount points are fine for thin slopes (and I wouldn't change them for attachment purposes, anyway), but most of the large grid blocks don't have IsAirTight set on them. I checked the small-grids as well, and they seem all appropriate. Namely, the Corner, Inv. Corner, Inv. Corner w/side, and both Light and Heavy double-inverted corners are missing but need IsAirTight set true on them. The large Slope block already has it set.

Any block without IsAirTight defined must have a continous mounting point surface on at least one face in order to be considered air-tight, like the following picture from before: http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=724052882 - Here, I altered the mount points to make a closed surface on one face of the block, which would work but also allow the block to be mounted in a "floating" position in some cases.
Slaghkre  [ophavsmand] 13. juli 2016 kl. 21:12
I'm not quite following you. But first is this on both small and large grids or just one of them that you know of?
More importantly, It seemed like you figurd it out, but I couldn't tell if you found a solution, or just found why they don't work.
Kiithnaras 13. juli 2016 kl. 20:07
Okay, so, I was both right and wrong. The fix is way easier than jumbling through mount points. I was right in that SE requires a contigous mount-point field to generate air-tight rooms...with the exception of the IsAirTight flag that you have set on your slopes already. These would need to be set on all blocks with oblique surfaces, sadly. All of SE's angular windows (slopes, corners, & inv. corners) have the IsAirTight flag set to true, and this should be added to all of the angular parts that don't normally form a solid MountPoint area.
Kiithnaras 13. juli 2016 kl. 16:49
Dangit, now I'm not so sure. Gimme a few to keep testing, I simply cannot get this room to pressurize for the life of me. I hope i'm not doing something dumb, myself. I will feel very dumb.
Slaghkre  [ophavsmand] 13. juli 2016 kl. 16:17
pictures of the mount points should be be enough for me to understand what you mean, though I guess I don't mind you uploading it either
Kiithnaras 13. juli 2016 kl. 16:14
@aerosabe - I figured out why your blocks aren't airtight. Specifically, angled blocks. In order to be airtight, a room's mounting points must be continuous. If there are holes, air leaks out. This includes all surfaces, not just attachment points to other blocks. On your slopes and corners, you've left the angled surfaces open. You need to pick a side, preferrably the smaller side, to close off in order to make it airtight. I'll make and edit a local copy of your mod to test it out in order to make sure I'm right, and upload it as an example -if you want-.
Spock The Builder 24. juni 2016 kl. 9:59
Pharap - He just has to set the game to recongize the actual block instead of the grid size. This needs an update if that is the case.
OssomUmbra 30. maj 2016 kl. 7:10
Can you make 2x and 3x versions too please? :D
Pharap 17. maj 2016 kl. 11:06
How come the hit box is still the size of a normal block?
Slaghkre  [ophavsmand] 1. mar. 2016 kl. 15:33
yes, the small ship version is the same size (same model) as the large ship version.
BenieTheDragon 29. feb. 2016 kl. 21:17
Ok, after playing with these, clearly these are not to be made for small ships. They're the same height as a vanilla small ship block.
I need thin small ship blocks.
Topazadam 3. jan. 2016 kl. 3:07
The mirror mode reflections are incorrect. Can you fix this?
darth_milium 2. jan. 2016 kl. 7:45
could you please make a variant where the small ship block is just as thin. Then I can finnally build my TIE fighters
darth_milium 2. jan. 2016 kl. 5:24
does this have the same shapes as the Glass, because then I'll build a tie out of it
Mistlynx 28. okt. 2015 kl. 18:23
they still aren't airtight
Slaghkre  [ophavsmand] 19. okt. 2015 kl. 21:16
Yes. I believe I did finally make them airtight.
Dobakjang 19. okt. 2015 kl. 4:07
Is this block working with Oxygeon?
BloodFart 17. sep. 2015 kl. 9:35
Omg, ive been looking for this!
Please please pleaaaassee make hevy armor and blast door material versions of this!
lylesonders 21. aug. 2015 kl. 13:39
aerosabe would it be possible to get a corner block using the thin block. I use this mod for interior walls because it allows to be more realistic space wise, but when I get to a corner, I have to leave a gap or use a corner angled block. also a doubled sided block and a centered block would help alot. The center block is because some of the doors I use only come in center position. Great and very helpful mod, thanks for your time.

DX11 update
ʀɪᴋᴀ 21. juni 2015 kl. 17:44
Updated, Untested. ATM
ʀɪᴋᴀ 20. juni 2015 kl. 22:10
Yeah I noticed the Sloped Thin armor[Both types] - Unable to confirm but may also be the Corner pieces as well [ All 3 of them] Leaving only the Square and triangle pieces usable for small ship O2 containment.
Slaghkre  [ophavsmand] 20. juni 2015 kl. 21:31
:( I thought I had. I'll have to look at them when I get too rebuilding the models for DX11.
ʀɪᴋᴀ 20. juni 2015 kl. 15:38
Please Fix the O2 Leaks caused in the Armor blocks. Unable to contain presssure in my small ship build. Thank you. -Kharika-
Dragozenov 14. juni 2015 kl. 2:46
Please!! DX11 is needed!!

Slaghkre  [ophavsmand] 5. juni 2015 kl. 18:33
It could also be a corrupted game file, if no one else has this issue. Sorry I haven't even checked it myself. I just figured I wouldn't get to it very soon if it was the mod doing it.
Stoic Rice Chips 4. juni 2015 kl. 22:31
when i put them down about a month or two ago, they fit perfectly against the halves of a 2x1 ramp, not even the smooth corresponding blocks, but they seem to not only deform the neighboring armor blocks, but deform them non uniformly, the edges of the armor blocks aren't even lined up with each other, producing a bizarre x-ray at the seams. i'm just surprised there's no other comments about this kind of issue which leads me to believe it might just be isolated to me.
I've deleted the mod and let it re-download and it doesn't seem to change anything.
tbh, it's not a huge game-breaking deal, lol, but i just want to somehow fix it
Kermondale 4. juni 2015 kl. 10:36
Thank you.
Slaghkre  [ophavsmand] 4. juni 2015 kl. 10:27
One is a "smooth" type just predeformed in the definition file. one is just a trianglemesh that I didn't think would deform anything. So I would expect the "smooth" one to deform blocks around it, but the rigid one surprises me.
Stoic Rice Chips 3. juni 2015 kl. 22:20
I having trouble dealing with the half blocks as they both seem to deform their neighboring blocks, albeit in different ways. the smooth half block seems to work properly, but the other block just deforms all types of armor but not itself. I just wanted to know if this is intentional or i'm bugging or something's or another's up.
Robbe 9. maj 2015 kl. 3:51
This is a great mod and I'm using it for quite some projects. However, the 'Thin Armor Slop' block seems to leak oxygen. Any chance you could look into that? Thanks!
Kermondale 2. apr. 2015 kl. 21:12
I like thettense blocks , I wish they were Standard content
Slaghkre  [ophavsmand] 1. apr. 2015 kl. 9:31
you mean like take the regular small corner and put it in a large block?
Slaghkre  [ophavsmand] 31. mar. 2015 kl. 22:40
I have a part in the mod that I would almost describe like that, "Small Wide Slope"
I don't know what you mean, otherwise.
Ulfsark 30. mar. 2015 kl. 17:51
oh o_O
Slaghkre  [ophavsmand] 30. mar. 2015 kl. 17:26
I may want to move the half block to another mod if I do several half block types. I think they may be working on 3x1x1 blocks btw. I saw some slope3/corner3 etc. in the models folder.
