A new style of wall in the parks category has been made. now wont float but I will keep theese up as a second option with more flexibility.

It is taged electricity because of the building category it in. It is created based on the wind power building allowing it to be freely placed turned and does not need to be connected to road. I could have done it also using the water tower for same effect. Right now there is no building under the other building types that works the same way.

It is not a hydro powerplant its asthetic does not provide power but due to the road locking i made it power for easy use with the other parts as you can freely place them. also it makes more sense as power than watter as now they have pretend powerlines inside the walls.

i'm guessing this is a Hydro power plant? Does it actually provide power os is it just aesthetic?
