well i checked the files again and the original skeletons from re4 are already there, i just don't know how to rig the gmod skeleton

There is a tool that you can convert pmd to smd. if you have like ripped it with some tool ripper, you don't need to.

I'm not sure if you have used this before, but it does bring the original bones and rig.

yeah, i have some models ripped from re4 uhd that i haven't had the time to attempt to rig in gmod, so the one that exists right now is a placeholder. i'll have to look at the model you posted.

Incase the iron maiden is a reskin of regenerator in this addon. it would have been best to update it. but for now i've ported it to SFM many months ago, along with the original bones and rigs

Just give it a health of 100 and 20% faster regen speed than father grigori

*every other animation seems okay, just when you walk it breaks

i found some hd models to try and port to gmod but i haven't had the time to fix them up. you know - life.

Ah...nyeah, it most likely, probably is, i know im definetly not up for that, at all...but then again, could be simple, not hard, wouldnt realy know till you get into it, but i understand, its hard definetly for all i know of, same as using SFM or porting from MMD and such... you cant even make the software work you say? Thats a huge shame...should be something of fix for that, should be working...but...if you ever consider, think of, decide to give it a go and try to learn to port models from XNALARA that offers a ton, a HUUUUGE ton of goodies, the tutor i mentioned is the creator of this addon https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=394137377&searchtext= he mentions of having done xnalara ports which is this addon, if you ever want to learn, this guy could be a good start, just saying.

Awwwhhhh.....damn.....well....alright....there is the option for you to learn how to though, there is a person in my mind with knowledge of it who could teach you, if youre willing to give that a go. Coulf find yourself porting all kinds of XNALARA models if succesfull and if you realy wanted to. Or...not ofcourse...
