On my computer, the flowerbeds only appear when zoomed in a bit, so perhaps it's because your computer isn't very strong? My computer is very powerful, but it seems that the game has some limit where it decides to draw small details like flowerbeds. Let me know if that seems to be happening for you

The flower beds do not appear when using this or the other boulevards...Any idea why that might be? They look very nice.
