Why do you has set the video on private ?

its been broken for a long time this was a mod for a different time

guys if you have not realized it yet this mod is broken

This mod made my game crash and won't load, also removed Procedural Objects for some reason, not recommended

Works great for me, the mod I always wanted. Might start following cims and pretend I'm stalking them. Shame about the bridges, I imagine that's an insumountable problem as the camera follows the ground.

somebody please tell me how to "walk" while using this camera. it says press ALT and nothing happens. do i hold ALT and scroll or how is it supposed to work exactly? has this worked for anyone else? as it is, i press select the camera icon and im just left with a stationary ground camera. oh and the icon is covering the radio icon.

I can confirm, this mod enables achievements. The achievement tab shows as greyed out and when loading the save it shows the "Achievements disabled" icon. But it does in fact enable the achievements. I was able to get the "Lawmaker" achievement even with this mod and a few others enabled. Spent hours googling, decided I would post this here for others spending hours googling.

P.S. Steps I did for better clearer instructions.
1. subscribed to the mod
2. enabled this mod in the content manager
3. loaded an older save
4. Did the steps to get the Lawmaker achievement (Applied a policy to a district I created)
5. Got the Lawmaker achievement.

The only downside is, the achievement tab in game is still greyed out and disabled. Just a visual issue, can still get achievements

is their a way to move the enable view icon, upper top right. it covers the radio player select menu.. Thanks or may move it to the left some more

I had no idea just how nice my city really was until I walked around inside it. I thought I knew my road layout, but I got lost a couple times wandering around at street level! What a great experience. It adds a whole new dimension to the game.

It's good but here is how I'd change it: I don't know much about making a mod for cities: skylines but one; change the walking speed down. Then add the first person camera onto the main camera and add a script onto those cameras that goes like:

I dont know how exactly colliders work in the game but it would great if you didn't go through the prefabs and just stuck to the terrain.

It just doesn't work for me anymore. Period.

Great mod.
1. Could you please adjust the clipping plane even more? I have three screens, and things that are close are clipped on the side monitors.
2. It would be great to adjust the field of view
3. It would also be great to move up/down while driving with a vehicle. Now I can only move back/forth, side/side and rotate.

I can't get it to move. It says Alt to toggle walking, but it doesn't seem to do anything. :(

This mod makes my city building experience really rich!
It's fun to watch your city grow from the sky, but it's much MUCH MUUUUCH better when you can walk around in parks and look at your streets from the ground level. The perception of the city changes. Now "just another block with some shops" becomes interesting, and this mod makes other building/parks mods much better because you can take a closer look at them!

Works well. Fun to watch the wall of water rushing at you when you destroy your dam!
Would be nice to have it work when walking across bridges too.

Is the movment speed adjustable?
It seems too fast for me in the video.

Yeah, I've never had a glith with this mod, it works fine for me and I walk all over my cities...

@Gentoo The camera should be 1.8 meters off the ground. Can you post a screenshot of this clipping?

Is there a way to lift the camera a bit further off the ground? I keep clipping into the ground, caushing graphics glitch.

This adds just a whole new dimensions to the game. It makes the towns, cities and environments really come to life. Makes you want to build more stuff, to see how it looks from a human perspective. My favorite mod so far!
