I worsened the model as much as possible. Removed npc, removed the ax model, removed painting, removed normal maps and compressed textures to 1024x1024. As a result, the weight is only 4.62mb.

a server im on only allows you to be models that are 5mb or less. and i love krieg and would like to be him.
