It seems to be incompatible with Hide it (or Hide it Bobby!). If I add the Exterminator then the game in my mod combination returns with this in output.txt:
NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object
at SexyFishHorse.CitiesSkylines.Birdcage.ChirperExtension.Initialize ()

THIS comment section is a prime example of how utterly gross some people are... lol The kind of people that want to make the whole world the way they want it instead of letting others have it the way they want it...NOBODY is forcing this mod on anyone. If YOU like chirpy use it. But that doesn't mean others shouldn't be able to make their own game into the version that they want to play...
I think the fazist bootlicker types that just want the world to be what they want it to be, when it ISN'T taking anything away from them have inferiority complexes. lol And just want that bizarre level of conformity so they never have to feel left out or different, even when nobody is treating them that way... very pathetic. ;)
