A little help please i have all if not most of your sound packs downloaded and when i play the game some of the sounds become distorted. i want to know if its a matter of file conflict but im not sure because i mostly have weapon skins downloaded

All four files have a sample rate of 44100Hz when opened with Audacity. If it was at 44800Hz, the sound wouldn't be able to be played through the source engine. I'll try to reupload it again though.

I tried snd_restart, delete and reinstall.
