Asset and game load fine now thanks to BloodyPenguin. So my sincere apologies to AleX_BY, for suggesting his/her asset was problematic. It's back in my game now, looking good.

One question though: this building is placed in a non-existent submenu of the Unique Buildings menu. Could that be why the game struggles with this specific asset?

@BloodyPenguin: can you explain what is broken and why this specific asset seemed the cause for many people (including me)?
I'm gonna try your hotfix mod now with this asset :-)

@Dog Turds It works fine Just install my After Dark Loading Hotfix mod I've mentioned in my comment. I'll say it again: assets are not broken. Game itself is broken.

I have After Dark and am not sure how you can say this asset works fine when it stops the game from loading. I will simply unsubscribe.

TO EVERYONE: This asset works fine . It's C:S itself that needs to be fixed. I've published After Dark Loading Hotfix to fix that issue with the game. Please don't say that this asset's broken if you didn't try After Dark Loading Hotfix.

Yes, I have the same problem as wastel.

no critics, just a little hint. After todays Update (After Dark DLC) my city wouldnt load anymore. After 2.5 hrs of trying and searching i found the little bugger. Its THIS asset preventing the start, if disabled all goes well - took a bit to narrow it down as i have 500+ assts.
Maybe you could take a short look on it, thx

@enderandrew, actually this model has 12k polys and green weight in Mish Info.

I've noticed long load times, so I've been disabling some of the larger assets I've downloaded. Mesh Info reports this mod is one of the worst offenders.

Obviously I installed this because it is a good looking asset, but perhaps you should consider optimizing the mesh to reduce poly count, and/or use smaller textures.
