Dunno who has been getting at Jaxonz nor why. I HAVE noticed that many people today have no appreciation for things that are freely given and shared, from How To YouTubes to Walkthru's or mods. The "Me First, Me Last, Me Only" modality that is taking over the world is coupled with the "I want it & I want it now MY WAY" attitude.
Personally I've been immensely grateful to those like Jaxonz who help make Life & Games a little better.

Question,I have the mod running,but for example I wanted to put a safe from from Noble Furnishing in a study,I buy the safe and then drop it to the floor,Problem is..It's not a static object.If I even attempt to use it,it's grabbed and put back into my inventory.I'm sure this isn't supposed to be happening,am I missing a step in the mod to actually make it function as it should?

I've used this mod on Nexus and on here, I love it to pieces. It's good, reliable and doesn't clash with anything. I used to only be able to loot a place for things that weren't nailed down. now I can also loot the nails and make my house fabulous and unique. Thanks for making such a great mod available on Steam.

why is jaxonz the only person making the good useful mods

Just wondering, what's the extent of placable objects? Is it limited to interior features, or am I able to place things like fences and bushes around my house?

well possibly not for this mod but for the positioner

Steam is too messy and limited. Mix that with mass amounts of immaturity and you'll get some sort of bi-product, such as your friend below. But then again, he has over 60 "legitimate" days worth of hours logged for Skyrim. Maybe you should succumb to his comments as he is obviously a professional critic of mods.

Steam just isn't my primary distribution point... too many rude noobies.
This mod has 1500 downloads and 154 endorsements on Nexus... where my 20+ mods have about 100k users.
