EVERYONE! here is a step-by-step tutorial on how to use this mod.
1: hold q and get the rope tool
2: (whilst still holding q) over on the right side of the screen, there are both versions of the police tape
2.5: click one of em.
3: there, it works now.

the rope is black... but at a certain angle it shows the police line thing. please help!
