Do you mean stick out of the body? Put the wheels inside the body with axis tool (or wheel tool if you prefer), freeze all the parts of you vehicle, and use precision tool (addon) to push the wheels outside the body, the wheels will stay outside of the body if you use duplicator, the original vehicle will have its wheels return to inside of the body.

How do i find dupes after i save them? it's not under the ''dupes'' area.
