actually , this isn't a normal MP5 with an silencer, it's a MP5SD, a gun with a barrel that are specially made to be silent

You need HL2.

1. Download SMOD Redux from ModDB.
2. Extract the SMOD .rar and move the SMOD folder to C:/Steam/Steamapps/Sourcemods.
3. Done!
