Make the buttons a tad smaller and make the paint region more orange like that region on the bottom of his shirt. Overall it needs some tweaking with the model but as-is it's not bad.

There is already an item called " Groovy Garment " in the Workshop, so I would suggest you to change the name to escape confusion.
