I thought it was because of the cure update at first, and it might be, but I think it's because the update seems to have broken some scenarios. Several other popular scenarios also have this issue now, saying they have been unpublished.

After checking out the recent "Cure Inc." mode this feels vastly superior to what Ndemic actually did. I'm just vastly disappointed they didn't look to your mod as a source.

One of the best...by the way, you CAN make a custom ending screen. Add a conditional ending (that would trigger if you infect everyone with a particular trait evolved) but don't give it a required trait. To trigger the ending, make an event that sets "days until game win" to 0. You will win and get the custom ending message.

Very interesting and very good scenario.
Love the idea and will probably try it on a harder difficulty.
On normaly it seems to be rather easy.
Like a player that plays a normal plague on the highest dificulty without knowing it.

Are there so many people who like to use cheats? Trait that gives you 2000 DNA points is not enough already? Ok, you can use cheats now, but do it on your own risk - I don't think switching no goverment actions or no cure will do you any good...

Well, the problem with endings is that I lack the proper tools to set real win conditions. If number of infected reach 0, the game always ends with defeat, there is a "win delay" thing, but not a "lose delay". So I had to use just - "when there are less then X infected, you won". But if I leave just that condition, the game will be won on day 1, as there is only one infected...So I had to add another thing - "have less then X infected" and "it should be at least day Y"....and if you win before day number Y, you lose. And if I set Y lower, you can win on day Y, just because infection has not spread to X humans.

And btw the third ending is not about not using martial law etc tree - it's about following it to the very end. You need best version of your program, and you'll see a new trait after "Direct control".

I really like how you've done this, although it probably needs more support from the game developer to work properly. Multiple win conditions could make for good replayability. It is a bit easy to defeat the plague at the moment, but I'm sure you can fix that. First time around I let the cure be implemented, game told me I won. Second time round I went hardline and killed all the infected (with fewer total deaths than the cure approach), game said I lost (no victory message). How do I get the 'infected died too quickly to spread the plague' ending? Also, is there a special (hard to get) carebear ending where you don't use the martial law etc tree?

Hey, I was wondering if you, ya.bym5, would like to help me and a few people with a series of scenarios. There was a forum made by Lemony Nebula before you could make custom scenarios about a scenario much like your scenario in the that you were trying to cure the plague. I was wondering if you would like to help making the different cure types that are mentioned on the forum.

One of the problems might be with the bonuses with the anti-symptoms, but for all I know there could be an efficient way to put a "if x then y" to make it work either through events or the symptom; I haven't worked with the scenario creator that much, so I wouldn't know.

My point being that I would like someone good with the scenario creator to help make the ideas that people put on the forum into actual scenarios and think that you would be good at this because you could use your scenario as a template to work off of and you know how to use the scenario creator well.

To make a totally custom ending you can use - Events - Outcome - Days until win. Just add a pop-up explaining how player wins and set conditions for that to happen. Still you cannot edit endscreen, only news pop-up during game.

If you heal everyone before day 600 event will not trigger and you get a lose when all infected are cured. Well, I did not think it was possiable to achive, so I used such easy way.

I had the cure, but instead of the victory message I got the you lost message... :(
