I just realized it's based on concept art minigun.

i personally think this design would be a great way to reimplement to old panic attack as a new weapon, maybe also give it an increased ammo capacity on kill thing like the air strike for fun

This is an amazing idea! It fits the craziness of TF2, it looks great, and it's the perfect weapon to switch up Heavy's gameplay! I personally think it should be a primary, letting the Heavy truly be a Fat Scout by increasing movement speed. But it would definitely require some downsides, with ammo especially coming to mind. This has my full support for being included!

I think this could make a really neat "in your face" ambush primary weapon. It's always spun up and is very quiet, but fires more like a rapid-fire shotgun then a gatling, making it only good up close. That'd totslly change Heavy's stale style!

i think there should be a spin up time like the minigun but after the spin up you shoot 30-40% faster, 20-40% dmg penalty, and -30% max primary ammo :D

My stats :
-You are rapid as a Scout when you are holding the weapon
-You don't have your primary weapon
-You shoot really fast
-No random crits
-10 % damage penalty
-You can't get the intelligence while holding the weapon
-You have a "Crit" meter that filles while killing pepole, you get crits for 10 seconds by clicking MOUSE2 button.
-When you're in crit, you can't switch to your melee

would be a combine version of the minigun and shotgun or just a shotgun with a really high fire rate and to add can you right click to spin the tube but the gun is great hope it get to shine in tf2

Just one problem : giving it a high fire rate will make it just like the panic attack or family business
